Ryan Seeley
Vice President
Ryan Seeley is a Vice President at Banyan Residential, where he is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities throughout the Southeast. Mr. Seeley’s expertise and enthusiasm for multifamily investment is coupled with a diverse background in retail development, management consulting, and entrepreneurial ventures.
Prior to Banyan, Mr. Seeley most recently served as a Senior Vice President of Development at NAI Partners, a Houston based brokerage and investment firm, where he oversaw all retail and industrial development efforts. Before NAI, Ryan was a Director of Real Estate Investments for Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT), a leading U.S. multifamily REIT. At Camden, he worked on approximately $850 million of multifamily development projects in Texas, Colorado, Arizona and California as well as $710 million of multifamily acquisitions in Texas, Arizona, Georgia, and Florida. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Seeley was a finance and accounting management consultant at Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting with project experience at companies in the offshore drilling, private aviation, and retail department store industries.
Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance. Mr. Seeley is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Real Estate Sales Agent in the state of Texas.
