Jay Kennedy

Jay Kennedy is a Director at Banyan Residential, where he is responsible for support and due diligence of Banyan’s industrial and multi-family investments in Texas and Colorado.
Jay most recently served as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser where he completed numerous appraisals of multi-family, industrial, office, retail and mixed-use properties. As an appraiser, Jay also specialized in appraisals for litigation purposes concerning ad valorem tax protest, dispute resolution, income tax and estate tax issues.
Jay received a B.B.A from Baylor University where he double-majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. Jay is an active member of the Breeder’s Greeters Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
